FAQ – frequently asked questions

  • The 5th edition of TUNING SHOW EXPO is scheduled for 13-14 September 2025 at EXPO Krakow, ul. Galicyjska 9.

  • There is a metered car park at EXPO Kraków (the number of parking spaces is limited). You can pay for the parking space at the parking meter (in cash).

    We encourage you to use public transport:

    Tram: 1, 14, 22, get off at Rondo 308. Dywizjonu (approx. 800 m from EXPO)
    Bus lines: 174, 178, 578, get off at Centralna (approx. 600 m from EXPO)
    Bus lines: Bus lines: 103, 113, 413 - bus stop: Sołtysowska (approx. 600 m from EXPO, request stop)
    Bus line 148 - bus stop: Galicyjska (approx. 300 m from EXPO)

    How to reach us from the main railway station: tram no. 14, get off at Rondo 308. Dywizjonu (approx. 800 m from EXPO).

    You can also come to EXPO Krakow by scooter or bicycle - we have bicycle parking spaces.

  • Ticket sales are due to start in the third quarter of 2025.

  • Of course you can! We encourage you to come with the whole family, children up to 3 years of age enjoy free admission.

  • The entire facility is adapted for people with disabilities. Halls, rooms, the café, cloakroom, bathrooms and the ATM are located on level 0. The restaurant on level +1 is accessible by lifts located in the lobby by the main entrance. All doors in the facility are wide enough and have no thresholds.

  • Yes, you can bring your own food and drinks to EXPO Krakow. However, please note that the packaging must not be made of glass and the bottles must not contain more than 1 litre. We also wish to inform you that there will be refreshment stalls and free drinking water available at the event.

  • It is forbidden to bring sharp objects, weapons, replica weapons, large quantities of liquids in glass bottles (over 1L), glass dishes and large, pointed umbrellas.
